The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable USA king size bed with ample wardrobe and drawer space. The master bathroom (en suite) has a shower, toilet and wash basin. The second bedroom (quite large for a European second bedroom) has two large very comfortable single beds and ample wardrobe space. Upon request, these beds can be locked together and, with a topper, provide a second USA king size bed. There is a 35 Euro charge for this. The bedroom has access to the 'front' patio. The second bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination and is also quite spacious. The living room has a 42” LED flat screen TV, a Blu-ray DVD player and a stereo system. A comfortable sofa and an additional chair provides seating for 4 people. There is access to a 'back' patio which overlooks the courtyard. The dining area, with its leather chairs, accommodates 5 people. The kitchen is fully equipped to serve 6 people. It is a 'Bosch' kitchen with an electric oven, stove top and microwave oven. There is a powerful extraction fan over the stove top. The large frost free refrigerator and the dishwasher are 'built in'. There is a separate laundry room with a stacked Miele washer and dryer.
