The house is transportable like any container, so it can be used until you build the house you want and then sold, rented or used as a vacation home in another location. It can be used in all seasons and can be connected to all utilities. No tax is paid and no construction permit is needed, but it is recommended to check with the local town hall if a location permit is needed (for Romania). It can be configured and finished to your liking and placed on a concrete slab, pillars or concrete vaults. The execution time is approximately 30 days based on the contract and the advance invoice. The presented model is located in Loc. Tunari, Ilfov county.
The price of the exhibited model is 10,900 euros, which does not include the furniture.
