near river 55 km away from the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house is
situated in a quiet neighborhood near the outskirts of the village and
about 300 meters away from the river. The main building has one floor
and consists of corridor, kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and
premise for bathroom. There is also basement beneath the house. Behind
and to the side of it is the annex. It is a one level structure with
two premises – kitchenette and living room. Further into the yard one
can find storage and farm buildings as well as gated driveway with
