Casalnuovo Monterotaro is a town in the province of Foggia, Puglia. It's only a few miles from the "Castelnuovo della Daunia" Thermal Complex and the "La Cavallina" natural spring, which is famous for its water's health benefits.
This historic house is located in Casalnuovo Monterotaro's old town, on the street "Via La Marmora # 13 - #15", in a strategic location that allows you to easily access many historical, religious, artistic, and, above all, natural attractions such as the Subappennines and Gargano National Parks, the Sanctuaries of St. Pio and St. Michael, and the beautiful, exotic beaches of Peschici and Vieste.
This historic structure dates from the turn of the twentieth century, it has a sound (internal and external) structure, and it is well-built, but it is currently uninhabitable due to renovations that must be completed: the ground floor must be converted into a garage; the entire house requires a general house cleaning; some wall cracks in all floors, and top roof refurbishment works are required. They can, however, be easily repaired with cement and concrete works at a low cost.
The house is only for residential use and has a total square footage of 1689,93 square feet (157 square meters). It has connections for water, gas, and electricity, but an internet connection is required and can be easily added from zero.
This historic structure has a ground floor, a first floor, and a second floor:
0) The patronal main entrance is on the ground floor, with a large space that could be used as a garage and stairs leading to the first floor.
1) The first floor has a large hallway, a storage room, one patronal bathroom, two balconies, and three rooms that can be used in various ways, such as as bedrooms. The second floor will be reached via the stairwell.
2) There are two detached mansard roofs on the second floor, each with a large terrace.
