Casalnuovo Monterotaro is a town in the province of Foggia, Puglia. It's only a few miles from the "Castelnuovo della Daunia" Thermal Complex and the "La Cavallina" natural spring, which is famous for its water's health benefits.
This historic house is located in Casalnuovo Monterotaro's old town, on the street "Via La Marmora # 13 - #15", in a strategic location that allows you to easily access many historical, religious, artistic, and, above all, natural attractions such as the Subappennines and Gargano National Parks, the Sanctuaries of St. Pio and St. Michael, and the beautiful, exotic beaches of Peschici and Vieste.
The property has a total area of 76692 square feet for residential use (71.25 square meters). It has connections for electricity and gas, but the internet connection can be easily created from scratch.
This historic house has two balconies and is divided into three floors: the ground floor, the first floor, and the second floor:
0) There are two small rooms on the ground floor: an entrance, a living room, and a kitchen, as well as a toilet (which was recently added), a hallway, and a storage room - the living area.
1) There is a large hallway and a large bedroom on the first floor.
2) There is a mansard roof on the second floor, which could be used as a bedroom.
This historic home was built at the turn of the twentieth century, has a solid (internal and external) structure, and is well-built, but it only requires a general mansard roof refurbishment following the local earthquake in 2002. A middle-sized hole on the mansard roof was caused by a local hearthquake in 2002, and it needed to be repaired with bricks, cement, or concrete, as well as, by law, a covering of metal sheets: all for a total cost of 5,000 Euros.
