Spacious country house with annex, storage building and big yard located near the center of a quiet village 40 km north of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors and attic area which has the necessary height and space to be converted into a proper third floor. All levels are connected via solid internal staircase. The house has three different entrances – two of them go directly to the second floor and a side door provides direct access to the ground level. The ground floor has two rooms and spacious corridor between them. One of the premises here used to be a living room with kitchenette and was primarily used in the summer time because it was providing natural coolness due to its location. The attic floor can be reached from any other level of the house via the internal staircase. Here you can find plenty of open space as well as one room which is already build. It is possible to make three additional premises here and they can be used as storage/closet/built-in wardrobes while the existing room can become a hobby area or nice, spacious office. From here you can enjoy nice overview at the whole backyard and you can keep an eye on the surrounding area. Going back down to the second floor, one can go through the lobby and via the main entrance can exit the house. Here you get on a nice, shady terrace from where you go into the yard. Not far away from the house is the annex. It is an older building which has three premises. One served in the past as living room with kitchenette while the other two rooms were storage and bedroom. Currently all premises here are turned into storage areas for tools, firewood and hay. This building is older that the house and was built before the main building in order to serve as temporary home for the family in the period between demolishing the old house and completing the construction of the new one. After that gradually it lost its importance and was used less and less until it was turned into storage. Besides this annex and the house, the property also has barn and a small garage. The place had been empty for more than ten years so it needs a good cleanup and some renovation in order to be restored to its old glory. Both the house and the annex require repairs but if done properly these two buildings can provide plenty of space which could be turned into a great countryside house with a guest house and nice outdoor area around them. The yard offers well sun-lit, flat and very fertile 2600 sq.m. plot of land with several fruit trees and vines in it. Here you can plant various fruits and vegetables, look after animals, build additional structures, plant flowers, make a gazebo, workshop or a swimming pool – there is enough space for everything. The property has main water supply as well as its own water well. The yard has two gates from two different streets – one from the main road and another from a quiet side street. The village center is situated just 100 meters away from here. There you can find grocery store, coffee shop, bar, the post office, the local mayor`s office, kindergarten, park, primary school, bus stop, etc.
