Welcome to the "Nashatram", surrounded by beautiful floating gardens this 110 year old ship was formerly used as transport ship. Completely rebuilt and redesigned by the owner and his father it now averages 75m2 , 800 ft2.

Located on a very quiet and green canal in the center of Amsterdam within walking distance of any center spot and Waterlooplein flea market, the zoo, botanical gardens and the river Amstel with the famous Skinny Bridge this ship is just 100 meters from a metro station.

Centrally heated this ship is cozy and warm throughout winter and very bright due to many skylights and windows all around. The spacious living room and open kitchen which are entered on a private terrace by stairs includes blinds, wifi and Imac with external speakers, amplifier, record player, flatscreen tv with HDMI cable for laptop. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, espresso machine, electric oven, 5 burner gas stove with wok burner etc. Toilet entered from living room.

Attached to the bedroom a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and washing and drying machine including towels, soap, hairdryer etc.

Bedroom with double bed, reached by short stairs including bed linen and extra bed linen. Sleeping couch in living room (double bed) with bedlinen underneath.

Plenty outside space with front deck terrace, roof terrace and a terrace at entrance with seats and sun screen and a garden on the street side with herbs for cooking, flowers, fruit trees and bamboo.

As we live on this houseboat with our 7 year old daughter when it is not rented the atmosphere is very homely and we will be very helpful with questions regarding the neighborhood, like about transport, tourist attractions, bike rental etc.
