Next, along a road that crosses the Rieder ranch, heading east for 25 km, and finally northwest for 5 km to the southwest corner of the property.

Property Description

It is located in the physiographic region known as the Western High Plain, characterized by its vegetation of quebracho colorado forests, situated on mixed soils of good fertility and slow drainage, belonging to the Solonetz and Luvisol groups. This formation occupies the central and northern parts of the property (7,550 hectares).

Mbocayá Estate: The central and southern parts of the property feature natural canyon-type grasslands (Palm Savannah). Very good composition of native grasses. Areas suitable for pastureland.-
The property has the shape of an irregular polygon and the terrain is slightly undulating.

CLIMATE:
According to data obtained from the literature,
for the study area the average annual temperature is 26ºC and the average annual precipitation is between 1,100 and 1,200 mm, while evapotranspiration is around 1,500 mm.

Improved Natural Pasture:
In the Central area, 75 hectares were fenced off with a bulldozer. 750,000 G/Ha
Fencing: Conventional 4 and 5 strands; hardwood posts every 5 m on the perimeter, every 6 m on the interior, 3 intermediate crossbars. Perimeter: 55 km;

Internal Roads and Lanes: 57 km. Good condition. 7,000,000 G/km.
